I’ve always thought of myself as a fairly active person. I was an avid swimmer later to become a certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor by age 16, softball player, studio dancer for 13 years, and Captain of the Pom team in high school. Slowly falling into a more comfortable life as a business owner and stay-at-home mom, I wasn’t really in any organized “sport” anymore. I was beginning to feel sluggish and things began to, well, loosen up! Sitting on my front porch a few years back I convinced my husband, Ron, to attend an open house at a gym. One thing led to another and we were full time members participating in every class available at the gym. It was a way to connect to other people in a fun, physically active way. I discovered that my body was built to lift weights: heavy weights and I loved it! I also began to attend classes for Cardio Drumming and my passion for dance and movement to music was rekindled. Now actively involved in being personally trained and my desire to teach others my new found love of Cardio Drumming, I decided that becoming Certified as a Group Fitness Trainer was a natural next step. I have been actively teaching Group Fitness Classes for almost 2 years now. The joy of seeing people come to realize their own strengths and ability to change their bodies and minds never gets old! I thrive on the energy at the gym, the bonds that are created are like having a second family. You can have 20 different people in one class with all different backgrounds and in that 45-minute class, all have but one goal: beast mode. I’ve come to understand that fitness is not for the fit, it’s for the body, the soul, and the mind to live a life in pursuit of wellness.
Tim has been around the fitness industry since he was 15 years old. He first got his passion to be a trainer when his high school football coach introduced him to the sport of powerlifting.

Tim Strunk Bio
Tim has been around the fitness industry since he was 15 years old. He first got his passion to be a trainer when his high school football coach introduced him to the sport of powerlifting. Since then, he has played football through college and only perfected his lifting form through vigorous training in powerlifting and helping others train at his local gym as an intern trainer. While in college, Tim studied exercise science and received his diploma and certificate of certified personal trainer through the ACSM in 2017. Since then, Tim has worked at several gyms and set several state records in powerlifting. He specializes in athletics, strength training, and general fitness/weight loss. His main goal is to help people realize they are capable of so much more than they believe and he wishes to help guide people to their true potential whether it’s weight loss, strength, or general fitness.
Jason Wrosch did not exercise a day in his life until a friend convinced him, at the age of 36, to enroll in a six-week weight loss challenge with 102 competitors.

Jason Wrosch did not exercise a day in his life until a friend convinced him, at the age of 36, to enroll in a six-week weight loss challenge with 102 competitors. After deciding to make that commitment for himself and not anyone else, he got to work and won that challenge. This event was a turning point - it sparked Jason's passion for fitness. One year later, God called Jason to become a certified trainer. He knew that he wanted to share his passion, but he wasn't sure it was God's plan. He questioned God four times, and four times, through different circumstances and people, God confirmed this path. So Jason followed faithfully, enrolling in fitness training, and finishing his certification in under a year. Since finishing his certification, in March of 2019, Jason has launched his training career with passion, drive, and determination to help others become the best versions of themselves.

I was not into fitness/working out until one Saturday morning drinking coffee on the front porch. I was convinced by my wife, Leah, to attend an opening house at a new gym opening in town.
Leah and I became members and our once morning routine of drinking coffee on the front porch was replaced on the gym floor working out together, don't worry we still have our mornings on the front porch together.
With dedication in group fitness classes, personal training, and nutrition, I not only had loss a good amount of weight but felt great. We had the opportunity to buy a closing gym and we knew we wanted others to live a happier and healthier life. Being an entrepreneur, we jumped on this opportunity and built Eighty Twenty Club.

Pop-up Classes
Strongman Cardio
High-Intensity Strength and Plyometric movements combined together in each exercise usually with long intervals and rest
Tabata
Fast-paced and can focus on strength or cardio depending on the week. Intervals are always 20s on and 10s off with quick transitions
Functional Fitness
Basic movements that are used in active daily living but with increased intensity. Workout has long intervals and rest
HIIT
High-intensity interval training- workout is focused on strength/cardio aspects and alternated between the two with rest in between each set
ACS
Auxiliary core and stretch. Slower paced movements targeting specific muscle groups with core and stretching at the end
Body Pump
Full-body workouts using only the barbell or weight plates
